Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Spice accompanies red cherry, raspberry, some pomegranate and sour cherry, clove, fine wood savouriness, pipe smoke. Juicy on the palate in a deep, compact structure, harmonious proportions with vivacious acidity, the tannins are carefully extracted and finely-meshed, gentle flow, some morello cherry in the finish, elegant, well crafted Pinot Noir.
