Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, there are traces of a restrained use of oak and a radiant fruit that combines citrus and berry motifs. On the palate, the wine is straightforward, with firm acidity and a layer of ripe phenolics. This is a gastronomic Pinot Blanc that manages without gimmickry and yet is insistent and substantial.
