Matcha iced tea

The matcha iced tea from the plant-based tibits restaurants is refined with elderflower and rose syrup.

Ingredients
5 g matcha tea
50 ml elderflower syrup
30 ml rose syrup
1.5 tablespoon(s) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Bring 1 liter of water to the boil and pour into a bowl. Wait briefly, then add the matcha tea, making sure that the water is not hotter than 80 degrees. Mix well with a whisk and leave to cool.
  • Once cooled, add the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into a carafe. Leave to cool completely in the fridge.
  • Shake the matcha tea well before use, as the powder sinks. The finished tea can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days.
