Apple herbal iced tea

We reveal how the refreshing apple and herb iced tea from Neumarkt in Zurich is easy to make at home.

Ingredients
700 g apple juice
10 g alpine herbs
100 g sugar
200 g water
8 g citric acid
  • Bring all the ingredients to the boil and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
  • Strain through a fine sieve and chill.
  • Serve on ice with fresh mint and/or lemon wedges.
