From the refined dishes of France to the hearty fare of Germany, each European region has a unique culinary identity to explore.

Europe is a continent full of diversity – not only in its culture and history, but also in its culinary landscape. From the sun-drenched shores of the Mediterranean to the snowy peaks of the Alps, every region of Europe offers a wealth of unique flavors and culinary traditions.

Portugal

Portugal, a country with a rich maritime tradition and a coastline kissed by the waves of the Atlantic, offers a culinary experience characterized by fresh seafood, hearty stews and sweet treats. From the bustling street markets of Lisbon to the picturesque fishing villages of the Algarve, there is a wealth of aromas and flavors to discover in Portugal. Cod in particular is a popular ingredient in various dishes - whether grilled, fried, in a stew or in croquettes. So it's no wonder that there is even a saying that there are more cod dishes than days in the year.
