On the nose, the aroma plays with reduction without sacrificing other components: cardamom and cinnamon bark, salty liquorice, orange blossom and smoke. On the palate, the concentration is impressive, showing the warmth of the year only in the nuances; the predominant impression is one of density, freshness and firm coherence under the banner of the extract.
