Tasting Notes
Smells more like Roter Hang than fruit or varietal - like a Niersteiner Riesling without the apple and peach components. Instead it is completely focused on the spice - especially cumin and balsamic notes. A supple palate with very well integrated, ripe acidity and a salty character. Good fruit density, soft and well integrated. Still seems very young.
