Tasting Notes
Multi-layered aroma: small red berries, champagne like grape with yeast impact, red apple and liquorice savouriness. Mild mousse, subtle acidity, round and full-bodied, almost creamy in the middle of the palate, seems to be carried more by substance and savouriness than by nerve and carbonic acid. Spicy, slightly salty finish. The name giving "patina" is only visible in elements. Still youthful looking flint wine with high aromatics and certain ageing potential.
