Tasting Notes
Dark cherry red with a dense core. Somewhat reductive on the nose, cheese rind and rubber, with a hint of stewed plums and milk chocolate on the finish. Smooth notion on the palate, reminiscent of wild berries, unfortunately becomes more expansive in the middle section and shows drying tannins.
