Tasting Notes
Shimmering, rich ruby in colour with a slight garnet shimmer. The nose opens with aromas of cloves and cardamom, then reveals a beautiful interplay between notes of blackberry, blueberry and rose petal. There is a real rainbow on the palate with intense berry fruit, pronounced balsamic components, grippy multi-layered tannins and a driven, delicately bitter finish.
