Lots of apple on the nose, green and yellow, apple peel, lime, fresh peach, candied apricot, herbal savouriness, curry, turmeric, subtle smoke. A fine start on the palate, fine mousse that runs refreshingly through juicy, sweet fruit, mild acidity, fine spiciness, long on the palate.
