Intensive bright ruby red. Aromas of rich strawberries and pickled cherries, hints of pepper and savoury leather notes. On the palate, rich blackberry fruit, savoury tones, grippy tannins and a slightly salty finish. Will benefit from a few years further bottle ageing.
