Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit, a hint of mango and papaya, delicate blossom honey, candied orange zest. Deep and juicy, ripe yellow apple, integrated acidity, mineral and salty, fine white pepper in the finish, shows good length and certain ageing potential.
