Tasting from 16.02.2024: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Subtle bouquet with dark fruit. Notes of black cherry, cassis and plum confit. Also hints of cocoa, bay leaf and mocha. Powerful on the palate, with soft acidity and slightly noticeable tannins as well as subtle roasted notes on the finish.
