Tasting Notes

Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Dense and multi-layered aromas of subtle flint, ripe pear, quince, peach, rock candy, mint, white flowers, white nougat and a light woody savouriness. Lots of drive and extract on the palate, fine ripe phenolics, full-bodied opulence with a salty vein running through it. Profound, opens up slowly and is very long on the palate.
