Strong ruby core with water white rim. Savoury aromatics of tobacco underlaid with red cherry fruit, ripe plums, blackberries, touches of vanilla and dried herbs. Slender refined palate, red berries, hints of creamy nougat, salty minerality. Discreet fruit expression sits deftly on the finish. A wine to enjoy now and will continue to improve with bottle age.
