Tasting from 01.07.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Fruity and savoury on the nose, red cherries, plums, sloe, juniper berries, cassis, black olive, menthol, smoke and tobacco, dark nougat chocolate, subtle raisins. Smooth on the palate, juicy fruit, lively acidity, noticeable hearty ripe tannin, full-bodied and with good length, as a soloist for lovers of deep wines and good for the table.
