Very light copper gold. Delicate aromas of Elstar apple, white currant, melon and delicate aniseed notes. Lots of grip on the palate with tasty, juicy, delicately tart notes of grapefruit. The well-integrated tannins lend a multi-layered texture and good length. A great accompaniment to food.
