Tasting Notes
Animal savouriness, meat soup, garrigue, pepper. But also fruity: damson, sloe. Fine and cultivated tannin, a compact and balanced construction, medium-weight in density and length, on the finish some juiciness and even mineral notes. An unobtrusive food wine.
