Pale straw yellow, silver hues, a discreet mousse. Nuances of yellow apple and ripe pear, refined notes of wild herbs, lime, hints of nougat. Juicy, full-bodied and round, a refined fruity sweetness that is well balanced, somewhat nutty on the finish, balanced and persistent, elegant.
