Rich golden yellow. Inviting ripe fragrance, yellow pear fruit, some peach and nougat, delicate biscuit notes and lemon zest. Very fine mousse, opulent, slightly baroque on the palate with juicy acidity and fine fruit expression. On the finish notes of blossom honey and lime zest, very good length. A very good food wine.
