Tasting Notes
Intense, shining golden yellow. On the nose candied pineapple, peach, light honeycomb, and in the background wax and varnish. On the palate light on its feet and vivid, very restrained use of oak, unfolding nicely, and very salty in the background. It is straightforward and crisp until the long finish.
