Pale lemon yellow in colour. Emphatically spicy on the nose, with aromas of lemon balm, smoky reduction, apple and citrus notes, and a hint of minerality. Very elegant and smooth on the palate with ripe acidity and reductive notes that add complexity. Saline and mineral on the long finish.
