Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Quite powerful on the nose with hints of cereal-scented stalks otherwise soft and neutral. The "easy drinking" palate is gentle at the beginning with notes of white chocolate. Traces of white pepper on the finish.
