Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller
Bursting with spice and a well-integrated herbal note on the nose, it is strikingly reminiscent of an old cognac. It is dry on the palate with plenty of tobacco and wood notes. There is a spicy pepper character on the finish and a slightly saline edge.
