Dark amber in colour, lots of beige foam. Strong caramel aroma, also notes of malt coffee. Salty nutty notes on the palate, lots of vanilla and cold coffee. Candy-like residual sweetness and dark chocolate in the finish. with grown-up cheese (Gruyère).
