Honey bread! The distinctive aroma of the straw-yellow pale wine is inviting - especially as there is also a hint of pomelo. The mouthfeel is plucky, the cornflake note is pronounced. Then increasingly savoury from the mid-palate onwards - this "game" remains exciting right to the end.
