Tasting Notes

Tasting from 28.06.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Slightly cloudy, yellowish colour, viscous. Fresh pear on the nose, appears light and fresh. Sweet and viscous on the palate, clearly characterised by pear juice. The pear brandy comes to the fore on the finish. Thanks to the fresh fruit content, the drink has an animating acidity in addition to the sweetness.
