Tasting from 28.06.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Straw yellow, subtle cloudiness, bright white, stable foam. Fresh nose with notes of citrus fruit, apple and dried apricots, plus hoppy floral nuances. Light and fresh on the palate with medium-fine, appropriate carbonation, citrus notes, subtle acidity and pleasant tartness in the finish.
