Tasting from 28.06.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Light golden yellow with a slight cloudiness, bright white foam. Fruity and fresh on the nose with notes of gooseberry, citrus fruit and apple, subtle malt impression. Also distinctive on the palate with a lovely creaminess and a subtle acidity that creates tension. Really subtle tartness in the finish.
