Tasting from 28.06.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Slightly cloudy pale yellow, white foam. Fruity on the nose with notes of green apple, herbs and gooseberry, malt notes in the background. Soft and finely carbonated on the palate with pleasant fruity notes on the finish. Subtle tartness, floral nuances. Nice interplay of extracted sweetness and really discreet, subtle acidity. Light beer for wine drinkers.
