Tasting from 13.09.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Aromas of ripe yellow apple, herbal notes, pear, apple peel, also quince, fine yeast, light miso and tangerine peel. Full of drive on the palate with a firm structure and good extract, sweet fruit, Mirabelle plum and apple. The wine is juicy, with supporting acidity, fine spiciness, a fine citric quality and is mineral. An "archetype" with profile.
