Dark ruby, purple reflections, subtle ochre rim. On the nose, ripe blackberries, fresh wild berry confit and a pleasant herbal savouriness underlaid with candied orange zest. Complex and intense with a mineral texture, a subtle nutty note with fine tannins and a touch of dark nougat on the finish. A savoury food wine with definite ageing potential.
