Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Ripe yellow peach fruit underlaid with candied orange zest, a hint of tropical fruit, nuances of blossom honey and a hint of lime: a multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, tightly meshed palate with white apple, a finesse-rich structure and mineral-salty finish. It lingers for a long time and will benefit from bottle ageing. Definite ageing potential.
