Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicately herbal-spicy-nutty notes underlaid with fine yellow tropical fruit, fresh orange zest and a hint of apple and tobacco: a multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, tightly woven palate with delicate fruit expression, fine acidity, a hint of lime, salty minerality on the finish and subtle blossom honey in the aftertaste. Lingers for a long time. It has ageing potential and makes for a delicate food companion.
