Gentle bouquet, subtle fruit, light savouriness. Elegant, slightly floral on the palate, beautiful, balanced spiciness, ripe fruit and stringent body. Wonderfully dry, somewhat stale-green and tart-fresh towards the end, juicy and long-lasting.
