Tasting from 28.06.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark yellow, slightly cloudy, bright white foam. Rather subtle aroma with fresh malt and herbal hop notes, subtle yellow fruit. Harmonious and light on the palate, almost sweetish with fine, intense carbonic acid and a harmonious bitterness in the finish.
