Tasting from 28.06.2024: Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Dark amber, white foam. Independent, distinctly floral aroma. Blossom honey, dark malt, nuances of ripe fruit. Full-bodied with intense but soft carbonic acid, creamy. The sweetness of the beer is balanced by a pleasant tartness. The aroma lingers long and harmoniously on the palate.
