Tasting Notes
Still a pure scent of Mirabelle but suffused with truffle, unbelievably fresh with a slowly revealing sense of chalk and depth. Amid all this freshness, there is a hint of earth, of chalk, of cold candlewax. The palate comes with undertones of nuttiness, but the core of the wine is utterly citric, fresh, tight, compact – in fact it is pristine. The mousse is ultra-fine, utterly fresh. The finish is entirely of brightest, freshest most vivid and concentrated lemon. Incredible.
