Lots of varietal aromas, blackcurrants, mango lassi, lime zest, yellow pepper, a little cinnamon stick. An accessible and elegant Sauvignon Blanc with a fresh and animated acidity, juicy, a refined fruit sweetness, with lovely spices that linger into the finish.
