In the glass, a deep orange rosé colour, with wood spice on the nose, alongside aromas of caramel, ripe sun-drenched fruit, candied apple and orange, raisin, and a hint of smoke and tobacco. Compact and multi-layered on the palate, dense and creamy with subtle acidity, lots of mineral spices, and robust phenolics that linger, has ageing potential, not a terrace rosé, would be a good wine for roasted dishes.
