Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle ochre brightening on the rim. On the nose, subtle nuances of oak, a hint of liquorice, black cherry, tobacco and candied orange zest. Complex and taut with a touch of red berry and currant, well-integrated tannins, tight-knit and a lasting finish. A cool, fresh style with definite ageing potential.
