Refined nose, salted lemons, yellow apple, juicy peach, fennel, mint, clover, candied orange, subtle iodine notes. On the palate, nice traction, juicy, a lively acidity, refined mineral notes, salty, subtle peppery notes, robust phenolics, drinking nicely and should continue so for a few years.
