Fine, unobtrusive nose of meadow herbs, light flowers, apple, tangerine and apricot. Kabinett with a cool aura and a lively acidity which arranges itself perfectly with the fruit. Not a dreamy Kabinett, solid as a hand with clearly drawn contours, also well suited for food.
