The winery at Steinig Tisch has been managed by Roman Rutishauser in the third generation since 2015. In the vineyard, the young winemaker relies on restraint and cultivates eight different grape varieties on seven hectares of vineyards in harmony with nature. In addition to classics such as Müller-Thurgau, Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc, there are also varieties such as Kerner, which the Rutishauser family was the first to bring to Switzerland in 1973. Today, Roman Rutishauser presses 14 different wines - including bottles for every day but also sophisticated top wines.
