Falstaff Wineguide Switzerland 2023/24

In 1995, Thierry Constantin took over his parents' winery west of Sion and shaped it according to his own ideas. Creating wines full of character was on Constantin's agenda from the very beginning, and he continues to do so today with passion and dedication. The former marathon runner cultivates 14 grape varieties on around twenty terraced parcels, mainly in the municipalities of Sion and Vétroz. Always keeping in mind the genuine expression of the grape variety and the fundamental expression of each terroir.
