When talking about the architects of the German sparkling wine miracle, the Strauch Sektmanufaktur run by Isabell Strauch-Weißbach and Tim Weißbach should not be forgotten. Having only emerged from the Dalberger Hof sparkling wine cellar in 2011, it has established itself at the forefront of the German sparkling wine industry with fine sparkling wines in organic quality. The sparkling wines, such as the "Grande Réserve" from the 2012 vintage, once again impress with their purist elegance and mature nobility. Our tip is the Pinot-scented "Prestige" rosé with a neat herbal note. Cheers!
