The Butticaz family has been cultivating the vineyards in Dézaley for seven generations. First mentions of the old Vaudois family date back to 1406. Sébastien Butticaz, who now runs the estate together with his wife Esther, took over the historic business in 2013. On their 2.5 hectares in the Dézaley vineyards, they now mostly produce wines from the prestigious Vaudois variety Chasselas. In addition, the winegrowing family also vinifies some red specialities. On about 0.5 hectares, Sébastien Butticaz cultivates typical vines such as Cornalin, Petite Arvine and Amigne in Valais.
