Japanese ramen, in vegetarian and vegan variations as well as the classic chicken broth, is hard to find more authentic in Hamburg than here. MOMO Ramen is a real perennial favourite and now also delivers restaurant-quality frozen dishes throughout Germany.

Japan, concentrated in a noodle bowl. It makes you happy until the last slurp. Seven different ramens with delicious noodles, fresh toppings, egg and wontons. Homemade Tokyo cheesecake for a sweet finish. Eye-catchers in the minimalist store are the lantern lamps.

Cool ambience with neon lights and Stylo wallpaper. Hot in the pot: homemade Japanese ramen noodles with a particularly long-simmered broth. Slurping encouraged! A recommendation for those who like it spicy is the Tantanmen ramen. The gyoza is a must-try. Owner Kiyo recommends Japan-Limo to go with it.

Small restaurant with colourful lanterns and wooden tables. After the owners went on a trip to Japan and picked up lots of tips, the Japanese ramen simply had to be on the menu. Large outdoor area.

A bowl of rice, topped with delicious ingredients and sauces - and the light, warm home cooking from Japan is ready. "Donburi" means "surprise bowl" - and they are damn tasty with meat, fish or vegetables. Be sure to leave some room for tiramisu or cheesecake with matcha.

Named after the luxury mile in Tokyo. Classic makis with salmon, cucumber and avocado. Unusual creations too, such as the fancy roll with a little more of everything: salmon, tuna, truffle and gold leaf. Ramen and bowls also on the menu.

Uncomplicated restaurant with a full focus on rice rolls. Classic sushi, creative California-style rolls, miso soup or goma wakame with seaweed, changing premium creations with seared tuna, tender salmon or crispy tempura version - taste explosion included!

Pasta found its way from China to Italy. Here it is served as a delicious fusion: udon Bolognese with pork ragout, fried onions and coriander. Tip: Gyoza or pork belly to start, ramen to slurp, served with Kokomo's own house beer from the tap. Simply cosy - with manga posters and lanterns.

Preserving jars as decoration, where homemade ingredients such as sprouts, cordial and chili oil are stored. Pasta is handmade, the vegetables are grown and harvested in their own garden plot.
