The "Attentat" in Giesing has been an indispensable classic for 12 years now. The creatively composed salads are as delicious as they are nutritious. From tender pork ribs to goat's cheese with honey, the toppings leave nothing to be desired.
The first of now five Coucou outlets is the largest and combines French boulangerie art with focaccia and bowls, which are put together individually by the friendly team. A great lunch option, all dishes are also available to take away - but it's also a great place to linger.

Daddy Longlegs was one of the first açai cafés in Germany. Back in 2014, it served superfoods from all over the world here in Maxvorstadt, close to the university, and helped to create the hype surrounding colourful bowls. You can also enjoy good coffee here.
Nage & Sauge was already serving bowls long before the trend came to Germany. The combinations with chicken, tofu, rösti and much more are nutritious and delicious. The beer also tastes great in the cozy pub atmosphere. A real classic!
In the eatery, named after the Los Angeles airport abbreviation, the menu and interior convey a Californian lifestyle. In addition to açai and mango bowls, breakfast here includes "huevos rancheros" or "fluffy blueberry pancakes", as well as fancy aloe lemonade and golden milk.
Right by the Viktualienmarkt, things get really colourful: Lyfe has everything superfood fans could wish for: Avocado bread with pomegranate, açai bowls or warm bowls with chicken and falafel. Taco pancakes, smoothies and waffles are also part of the large selection.
As the name suggests, Bowls & Blenders focuses on various healthy bowls and blended smoothies. The base is regional ingredients, supplemented with superfoods from all over the world. The small store mainly offers food to take away. Catering can also be requested.
The fish quality at FISHBOWL is good and supported by a local fishmonger. Apart from that, the bowls are of course also available vegan, and lactose and gluten intolerance as well as other intolerances are no problem.
A little trip to Hawaii for lunch isn't the worst thing. The bowls at Aloha POKE are colourful and fruity, and the "Hawaiian Heat" with tuna and "Waikiki" with prawns are particularly recommended.
